国家统计局城市司高级统计师余秋梅指出，气候因素致使鲜菜价格同比下降、春节错月因素、汽油和柴油价格同比降幅扩大等三方面原因导致1月CPI同比涨幅回落。
余秋梅还指出，工业生产者出厂价格降幅扩大主要是大宗原材料价格下降较多所致。受国际油价和大宗原材料价格波动的影响，今年1月国内部分重要生产资料价格降幅加深。
