法新社12月15日报道。欧委会周一批准法国水泥巨头拉法基（Lafarge）与瑞士竞争对手豪瑞（Holcim）的合并申请。欧委会称已同意两家公司以附条件的方式进行合并，所附条件将保证新公司不会产生限制竞争效果。
法新社12月15日报道。欧委会周一批准法国水泥巨头拉法基（Lafarge）与瑞士竞争对手豪瑞（Holcim）的合并申请。欧委会称已同意两家公司以附条件的方式进行合并，所附条件将保证新公司不会产生限制竞争效果。拉法基与豪瑞合并后将成为世界最大的水泥生产商，股票价值达400亿欧元，新公司业务重点是新兴经济体的建筑市场。两家公司计划在2015年第一季度完成合并交易，新公司股票将在巴黎和苏黎世挂牌交易。
