Myanmar cement project invested by Conch Cement and Lafarge Cement

According to the Ministry of Industry of Myanmar, Myanmar Myint Investment Group Company has cooperated with Anhui Conch Cement Co., Ltd. to build Jiaoshi No.33 Cement Plant into a 5000t/d cement plant.

   According to the Ministry of Industry of Myanmar, Myanmar Myint Investment Group Company has cooperated with Anhui Conch Cement Co., Ltd. to build Jiaoshi No.33 Cement Plant into a 5000t/d cement plant.

   It is reported that Myanmar Conch Co., Ltd., a joint venture between Myanmar Myint Investment Group Company and China Anhui Conch Cement Co., Ltd., completed the registration procedure on November 11 in accordance with the One Stop Service system of the investment and company guidance department.

   Myanmar Conch Co., Ltd. will reconstruct the No.33 large-scale cement plant (Kyaukshi Cement Plant) with a daily output of 400 tons. The company plans to turn the original plant into a new dry process cement plant with a daily output of 5,000 tons without polluting the surrounding environment and emitting the least amount of carbon dioxide on the premise of ensuring product quality.

   In addition, Lafarge of France, in cooperation with Myanmar Success Company and My Associate Company, is located near Dilawa International Port in Dilawa Economic Zone, with a total investment of US $10 million to US $20 million, which was officially put into operation on November 15.

   It is reported that the cement plant is 60% funded by Lafarge and 20% by Myanmar Success Company and My Associate Company.
