Turkey SONMEZ 5000t/d clinker production line was ignited at 12:58 on September 6, and was put into operation at 16:28 on September 13. At present, 4000 tons of clinker have been produced, indicating that all process links of the project from raw material and fuel transportation to clinker warehousing system have been completed.
The clinker preparation system of this project is designed by KHD Company, which adopts a large number of new processes, new technologies and new equipment, such as two-gear short kiln, single-series low pressure loss five-stage anti-blocking preheater, low nitrogen pipeline calciner, PRO-JET burner, etc., and the commissioning process is arduous. The 10 technical service personnel of Beijing Liulihe Cement Co., Ltd. have overcome the difficulties of fewer personnel, language communication barriers and frequent climate changes since their entry on June 20, and have become familiar with new equipment and new technology as soon as possible, fully demonstrating the elegance of Liulihe people. The working ability and professionalism of the technical service personnel of the company have been fully affirmed by Party A and the owner. The completion of the production line also paves the way for a comprehensive system performance test in the future.
