北京金隅股份17日披露2014年半年度业绩预告，预计2014年上半年实现归属于上市公司股东的净利润与上年同期相比增加10%以内。本期业绩预增的主要原因是2014年上半年房地产板块结算收入增加导致公司净利润增加。
北京金隅股份有限公司17日晚间披露其2014年半年度业绩预告，预计2014年上半年实现归属于上市公司股东的净利润与上年同期相比增加10%以内。
上年同期业绩为归属于上市公司股东的净利润12.99亿元，每股收益0.30元。
金隅股份表示，本期业绩预增的主要原因是2014年上半年房地产板块结算收入增加导致公司净利润增加。
此外，金隅股份透露，报告期内，该公司水泥熟料综合销量约1713万吨，较去年同期1638万吨增长4.6%；混凝土销量约555万立方米，较去年同期547万立方米增长1.5%；房地产结转面积约78.1万平米，较去年同期43.5万平米增加79.5%。
另悉，北京金隅股份2014年第一季度录得营业收入93.06亿元，较去年同期增加20.46%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润2.14亿元，较去年同期亏损6121万元增加约2.75亿元。
债务方面，一季度金隅股份应付短期融资券较年初增加26亿元，主要是报告期内发行短期融资券所致。
