According to the latest news, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and the Department of Ecological Environment of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region jointly issued the Notice on Peak-Staggered Production of Cement Enterprises in the Heating Season of 2019-2020. The Peak-Staggered Production of Cement Enterprises in the Autonomous Region from 2019 to 2020 is arranged in this way!
Peak-shifting scope: all cement clinker production enterprises in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region (including enterprises using carbide slag to produce cement clinker).
Among them, carbide slag cement enterprises are only applicable to the central and western regions, including Hohhot, Baotou, Wulanchabu, Ordos, Bayannaoer, Wuhai and Alashan League. Cement clinker enterprises are encouraged to extend the time of peak staggering production on a voluntary basis.
Peak-shifting time: before 2020, the normalization of peak-shifting production of cement clinker will be implemented. The peak staggering time from 2019 to 2020 is from November 15, 2019 to March 15, 2020, a total of 4 months to fully implement peak staggering production. Enterprises that are unable to stop production due to special circumstances during
the peak staggering period shall arrange the production time according to the peak staggering in the region where they are located. With the traditional cement clinker enterprises (the annual capacity utilization rate of a single production line is more than 30%, and the actual kiln opening time is more than 100 days), on the basis of implementing the four-month peak staggering production stipulated by the autonomous region, the two sides sign replacement contracts (except for internal production lines) and prepare replacement plans, which are reported to the industry and information of the autonomous region step by step. After no objection, the announcement shall be implemented.
