According to the plan, Kuqa Hongshi Cement Co., Ltd. applies for the replacement ratio of 2:1 for the annual production time of Xinjiang Zhongtai Jinhui Energy Co., Ltd. Replaced to Kuqa Hongshi Cement Co., Ltd. (With a registered capacity of 4500 tons/day) for 77 days from May 1 to May 31, July 1 to July 31 and September 1 to September 15, 2026. The list of the second batch of cement clinker production enterprises replacing the off-peak production time is announced after the
enterprise declaration, the preliminary examination of the prefecture (prefecture, city) and the review of the industry and information technology department of the autonomous region, and the public is welcome to supervise.
