career, Shi Rui took root in his post and plunged into the study of cement production technology and mechanical maintenance expertise. "Mechanical Map Reading and Drawing", "Electrical Basis", "New Dry Cement Production Technology" and other professional books are always available on the desk, and they are not free to study in their spare time. As for the structural drawings of each equipment in the firing workshop, he repeatedly studied and carefully pondered them until he was thoroughly familiar with them. With this tenacity of being willing to drill, learn and endure hardships, he was able to independently perform the daily maintenance and overhaul of equipment after only one year of service, and was sincerely praised by the old master as "the most savvy apprentice". Whenever the kiln is shut down for overhaul, he always charges ahead: "I'm young, I'm coming!"! I haven't got married yet, so I have more time. He once stuck to his post for a month without rest, and was cordially called "desperate Sanlang" in the youth team by the workers around him. After settling down and honing day after day, he quickly stood out and was promoted to the monitor of the mechanical training class. In 2024, he was successfully awarded the title of assistant engineer by virtue of his solid theoretical foundation and excellent practical ability.
Diligent in thinking, keen in innovation

Aiming at the production pain point of unstable fluctuation of raw material fineness, he volunteered to join the key project of "reducing raw material fineness process research", conducted in-depth on-site investigation and judgment, repeatedly compared and analyzed the operation data, and boldly put forward improvement schemes such as optimizing the structure of V selection, adjusting the layout of air ducts, and applying new sealing technology. After dozens of debugging and optimization, the uniformity of material dispersion was effectively improved, the resistance of system operation was greatly reduced, the fineness of raw material was stably controlled, and the production process requirements were fully met. Aiming at the problem of high power consumption in raw material process, he took the lead in setting up a research team to reduce the power consumption of raw material by fine-tuning the operation parameters of V-selection and adding supplementary air ducts. While strictly controlling the quality indicators, he effectively guaranteed the quality and production of the kiln system. Over the past three years, he has participated in many technical renovation projects, such as upgrading wireless control system, optimizing the layout of coal pipes and blanking pipes, and contributed his youth wisdom to energy saving, carbon reduction, quality improvement and efficiency enhancement.
