The target includes complete integrated industrial chain production capacity: 600t/d special clinker firing capacity (annual clinker production capacity of 180,000 tons), supporting 400,000 tons/year special cement finished product grinding capacity, complete matching of kiln line + grinding line, indicators can be split and transferred as a whole, which fully meets all the legal and rigid conditions for capacity replacement within and across provinces.

adaptability to landing (1) Category differentiation advantage: different from the production capacity of ordinary Portland cement clinker, this subject is a special production capacity index of special cement, with less restrictions on replacement policy. It can be used for sub-divided special building materials projects such as sulfate-resistant cement, dam cement, oil well cement, road special cement, etc.

(2) Complete closed loop of production capacity: clinker firing kiln line + supporting finished product grinding double-line matching, bidders do not need to purchase additional clinker production capacity matching after acquisition, and a single set of indicators can support the landing of complete special cement production projects;

(3) The examination and approval procedures are complete, all qualification certificates are within the validity period, and the core host of the equipment is completely dismantled before the original production capacity is withdrawn.

2. The territorial policy process is clear, and both intra-provincial and inter-provincial replacement is possible

The declaration process of capacity replacement of municipal and district industry and information departments is standardized, and the processing cycle is transparent and clear;
