accident occurred at 12:08 on September 24, Li * Yi, the driver of Gongyi * * Automobile Transportation Co., Ltd., drove a Yu A3758V heavy special structure truck from the commercial mixing station of Gongyi * * Building Materials Co., Ltd. to deliver ready-mixed concrete to the construction site of the river bank road project in Wolong Village, Jiajinkou Town, Gongyi City. After the departure of
