Combining with the economic operation of the building materials industry in Xinjiang from January to April 2026, he comprehensively analyzed the pressures and challenges, opportunities and opportunities faced by the industry. He pointed out that 2026 is the 105th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, the first year of the 15th Five-Year Plan, and the key year for the deep adjustment of the building materials industry. We must clearly see that the deep-seated contradictions in the development of the industry are still prominent. From the perspective of challenges, first, the demand side is under pressure. The problem of overcapacity in traditional building materials industry has not been fundamentally solved, and the risk of homogeneous competition and "involution" still exists. The national carbon market is officially launched, the management of carbon emission quotas is becoming increasingly stringent, the time limit for ultra-low emission transformation is approaching, and the cost of environmental protection will continue to rise; from the perspective of opportunities, first, the superposition of national strategies. The construction of "ten industrial clusters", "the Belt and Road" core areas, livelihood improvement projects and moderately advanced investment in new infrastructure in the autonomous region will bring new incremental demand to the building materials industry. Second, the release of policy dividends. The top-level design of the state and autonomous regions on steady growth and high-quality development continues to increase, and a package of incremental policies and stock policies are gradually forming a superposition effect. Third, the formation of industry consensus. On the whole, opportunities outweigh challenges. We are fully confident and capable of pushing Xinjiang's building materials industry to a new level of high-quality development.
