The production record of 140kg cement consumption per cubic meter lower than that indicated in the report is 119.67 m ³, the average selling price is 257.47 yuan/m ³, the total selling price is.43 yuan 30811, the cost of raw materials is.43 yuan 15356, the value-added tax of 3544.63 yuan, deducting the above two production costs is.37 yuan 11910. The illegal income is RMB 37 yuan 11910, and the value of goods is RMB 43 yuan 30811.
Penalty basis: Article 50 of the Product Quality Law of the People's Republic of China (2018 Amendment)/Whoever adulterates or adulterates a product, passes a fake product off as a genuine one, passes a shoddy product off as a high-quality one, or passes a substandard product off as a qualified one shall be ordered to stop production and sale, and the products illegally produced and sold shall be confiscated. A fine of not less than 50% but not more than three times the value of the products illegally produced or sold shall be imposed concurrently; the illegal gains, if any, shall be confiscated concurrently; if the circumstances are serious, the business license shall be revoked; if a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.
