Faced with the challenge of water shortage in Hami area, Hami Tianshan Cement Waste Heat Power Generation Cooling System adopts air cooling island technology to replace the traditional water cooling mode with air cooling. Compared with the traditional water cooling system, the water saving rate is as high as 80% to 90%, which greatly reduces water consumption from the source. At the same time, the company has built a complete circulating water system and sewage treatment facilities, and constructed a closed-loop management system of "recycling of production water and recycling of wastewater". After the production wastewater and domestic sewage are purified to the standard by the system, all of them are reused for greening irrigation, road cleaning and production dust reduction in the plant area, which can save more than 100000 yuan per year and truly achieve "zero discharge" and "zero discharge".
