On January 28, the Bureau of Ecology and Environment of Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, announced the approval of the technical renovation project of Jiande Hongshi Cement Co., Ltd. with an annual output of 600000 tons of cement grinding line (third line).
In order to reduce the export of clinker , improve the profitability of enterprises, improve the disposal of construction and industrial waste, effectively solve the problem of construction and industrial waste discharge and storage, save land and reduce industrial pollution. Jiande Hongshi Cement plans to implement the "Cement Grinding Technical Reform Project" in the supporting facilities project of the industrial park.
The main construction contents are as follows: within the scope of the existing land use of the enterprise, the existing production line with an annual output of 300,000 tons of slag powder will be transformed into a cement production line with an annual output of 600,000 tons. The project is implemented within the scope of the existing land of the enterprise, and no new land is added. According to the energy assessment (draft for review), the implementation of the project actually does not increase the comprehensive energy consumption and can reduce 248.01 TCE on the basis of the existing energy consumption, so it meets the access conditions of the supporting facilities project of the industrial park. After the implementation of this project, the total cement production capacity of the enterprise is 1.8 million t/a.
