On January 27, Shanshui Group held a meeting on safety management to comprehensively dispatch the current situation of safety management and arrange for the deployment of key work in 2026. Teng Yongjun, Party Secretary and Chairman of the Group, attended the meeting and made a speech. Zhao Dongwei, Vice President of the Group and General Manager of Shandong Operating Area, attended the meeting. Wang Jinxiang, Vice President of the Group, presided over the meeting.
The meeting emphasized that at the end of the year and the beginning of the year, the task of safety risk provention and control is arduous and the responsibility is great. It is necessary to unify ideas, consolidate responsibilities, clarify ideas, and firmly implement them, so as to build a strong line of defense for safety management. Firstly, we should face up to the problems, dig deep into the root causes, comprehensively review the work in 2025, focus on the root causes of the problems, target and rectify them, penetrate the safety responsibility into the smallest management unit, and embed the safety risk provention and control into the whole chain of daily management; Second, we should focus on reform, pay close attention to key links, build a strong security line, ensure that ideas are not loose, standards are not lowered, and efforts are not reduced, so as to ensure that safety management and reform and development complement each other; Thirdly, we should anchor the goal of safety management in 2026, take "accident prevention" as the core orientation, take system construction, landing implementation, training and promotion, on-site supervision, digital intelligence empowerment, rectification and accountability as the grasp, make up for shortcomings, strengthen the foundation, and continuously improve the safety management system.
The meeting demanded that all units at all levels of the Group should earnestly implement the spirit of the meeting and take this meeting as an opportunity to further strengthen safety awareness, consolidate safety responsibilities and refine safety measures, so as to protect the high-quality development of the Group.
At the meeting, the Safety Management Department of the Group reported the safety production accidents in 2025 and put forward the safety management requirements; each operation area reported the current safety management status and the next safety management measures. The relevant personnel of the Production Technology Department and the Safety Management Department of
the Group, the general manager of each operation area, the deputy general manager in charge of production and the safety management personnel, and the general manager of the subsidiary (branch) company, the deputy general manager in charge of production and the safety management personnel attended the meeting.
