Construction scale: The starting point of the rerouting project of Lingshi County Transit Section (Hetaowa Tunnel) of Provincial Highway 232 (the original Dongxia Line of Provincial Highway) of this project is located at the north side of Zhijiazhuang Village, Jingsheng Town, Lingshi County, which is connected with Provincial Highway 232, and a 2440m long tunnel/1 is set through Hetaowa, Lingshi. The terminal point is located in the southwest of Tiancun Village, Yitang Town, Jiexiu City, which is connected with the proposed National Highway 108 (K764 + 278). The total length of the main line is 11.935 km, including 11.43 km in Lingshi County and 0 in Jiexiu City. Another connecting line is 4. The project does not involve the use of old roads. Construction period (including preparation period and construction period): 4 years tentatively, from the signing date of the franchise agreement to the date of completion, including 1 year for the preliminary preparation stage (from the signing date of the franchise agreement to the date of project commencement) and 3 years for the construction period (from the date of project commencement to the date of project completion).

Operation period (including charging period): from the date of handover to the date of project handover, of which the maximum charging period is 360 months (i.e. 30 years), from the date of issuance of the project charging permit to the date of project handover. The charging period of this project is subject to the approval period of Shanxi Provincial People's Government.
