The source of funds is self-raised funds of 470 million yuan .

The construction contents include but are not limited to engineering design, organizational design review, civil engineering and installation of booster station, civil engineering and installation of photovoltaic field, etc. The total duration of the
project is required to be 365 calendar days . Consortium bidding is accepted
in this tender . In case of consortium bidding, the members of the consortium must have valid business licenses, and the number of units forming the consortium is less than or equal to 2. They shall apply for the bidding documents as a consortium, and the leader of the consortium must be a unit with the qualification of general contracting of power engineering construction at or above the second level. The
bidding documents will be obtained from 17:00 on January 29 , 2026 to 17:00 on February 5, 2026. The bid
closing/opening time is 9:30 on February 28, 2026.
