On January 29, the tender announcement for the design and construction of Matai 250 MW photovoltaic project in Linxiang District, Lincang City, Yunnan Province was issued, and the tenderer was Lincang Xianghe New Energy Co., Ltd .
According to the announcement, the project is located in Lincang City, Yunnan Province, with a tentative total capacity of 250MW . The construction contents include but are not limited to engineering design, organization design review, civil engineering and installation engineering of booster station, civil engineering and installation engineering of photovoltaic field area, etc. The total duration of the
project is required to be 365 calendar days . Consortium bidding is accepted
in this tender . In case of consortium bidding, if the number of units forming the consortium is not more than 2, they shall apply for the bidding documents as a consortium, and the leader of the consortium shall be a unit with the qualification of general contracting of power engineering construction at or above the second level. The
bidding documents will be obtained from 17:00 on January 29 , 2026 to 17:00 on February 5, 2026. The bid
closing/opening time is 14:00 on February 28, 2026.
