On September 18, the National Cement Price Index (CEMPI) closed at 94.91 points, up 1.27% annually and down 7.69% year-on-year. On September 18, the Yangtze River Basin Cement Price Index (YRCEMPI) closed at 83.12 points, up 0.34% from the previous month. The cost of
raw materials and fuels continues to be high, and enterprises are demanding strong profits. This week, the cement market across the country ushered in a large wave of push up, but the real single landing differentiation is obvious. From the perspective of sub-regions, the prices in North China, Shanxi and Inner Mongolia are running steadily and strongly, and the prices in North Hebei are pushing up by 30 yuan/ton; the price increase in Northeast China is limited, and the weak terminal demand restricts the upward space, and the follow-up is stable; the range of price increase in the Yangtze River Delta market in East China is gradually expanding, which may be further fully reflected next week; the overall market in Central and South China is rising more than falling, and the markets in Hunan, Hubei and Guangxi are pushing up significantly; Sichuan and Chongqing in the southwest of China have increased by 30-50 yuan/ton, Yunnan has increased by 100 yuan/ton and the implementation is uneven, and Guizhou has basically given up the early increase; many places in Shaanxi, Gansu and Ningxia in the northwest of China have realized the increase one after another, and Qinghai and Xinjiang are mainly stable.
On September 18, the National Clinker Price Index (CLKPI) closed at 97.92 points, up 2.24% annually.
