Recently, the State Development and Reform Commission and the General Administration of Market Supervision jointly issued the Notice on Cost Accounting of Low-price and Disorderly Competition for Important Industrial Products (hereinafter referred to as the Notice).
In view of the arrangements for the implementation of the Notice, the National Development and Reform Commission said that in order to ensure the implementation of the Notice, it would focus on three aspects.
One is to strengthen market monitoring. Focus on the production of important industrial products with prominent problems of low-price and disorderly competition, closely monitor market changes such as relevant prices and costs, and timely find clues to problems.
The second is to strengthen industry self-discipline. To guide relevant institutions to explore and formulate industry cost accounting group standards, provide reference for operators to operate in accordance with the law, and further standardize the competition order of the industry.
Third, strengthen supervision and law enforcement. Operators with prominent problems should be reminded and warned in time, cost investigation should be carried out when necessary, related costs should be calculated, and operators should be guided to consciously regulate price behavior. Carry out price supervision and inspection according to law, investigate and punish price violations, and maintain good market price order.
