On September 11, Honghe Prefecture issued the Open Form of Administrative License for Environmental Impact Assessment of Construction Projects of Honghe Ecological Environment Bureau (Approval of Environmental Impact Report Form for Aggregate Mobile Crushing Project of Honghe Ziyan Cement Co., Ltd.), and Ziyan Cement Co., Ltd. of Honghe Prefecture will use the idle space of the factory area to build a new 2000 tons per day. The limestone mined in the mine is used as the raw material to be crushed and screened into sand and gravel.

Ziyan Cement of Honghe Prefecture will use the idle space of the plant area to build a 2000 tons/day aggregate mobile crushing production line and supporting power system, and use the limestone mined in the mine as raw material to make sand and gravel by crushing and screening. The total investment of

the project is 7.54 million yuan, including 550,000 yuan for environmental protection.
