According to the announcement, the project is newly built , located in No.7 Town and Baiyintra Township, Huade County, Ulanchabu City, Inner Mongolia, and is constructed by Inner Mongolia Shanhe Huatai New Energy Co., Ltd. in two phases . The total installed capacity is 450,000 kilowatts . The total investment of the
first phase of the project is 981 million yuan , with an installed capacity of 225000 kilowatts, including 150000 kilowatts of wind power. Photovoltaic 75000 kilowatts , supporting the construction of 33.75 million kilowatts/5 hours energy storage , 220 kilovolt booster station, as well as operation management center, integrated joint operation management and control platform, collector lines, traffic engineering and other ancillary facilities; The total investment of the
second phase of the project is 911.25 million yuan , with an installed capacity of 225000 kilowatts, including 150000 kilowatts of wind power and 75000 kilowatts of photovoltaic power . Supporting the construction of 33.75 million kilowatts/5 hours of energy storage, power collection lines, traffic engineering and other ancillary facilities. The second phase of the project and the first phase of the project share one booster station, and the second phase of the project will no longer build a separate booster station, operation management center and integrated joint operation management and control platform.
This project is a source-network-load-storage integration project, with a total construction period of 17 months and a project preparation period of 1 month. The first phase of the main project is planned to start in early April 2027, and the wind turbines and photovoltaic arrays of the first phase of the project will be ready for power generation by the end of November 2027; The second phase of the project is scheduled to start construction in October 2027, and all 40 units will be put into operation by the end of July 2028. The wind power, photovoltaic field and supporting load projects of this project are constructed simultaneously.
