The total land area of the overall project is about 184,800 square meters, the total construction area is about 760,000 square meters, the capacity construction area is about 739,000 square meters, and the plot ratio is 4.0, which is a high-intensity development industrial complex. The construction land of the third bid section is about 67,800 square meters, the capacity building area is about 197,500 square meters, and the building height is limited to 60 meters. The construction contents include single-family headquarters, apartments, podiums, commercial buildings, offices, dormitories, etc. It adopts the general contracting mode of design and construction, aiming at creating a modern industrial community with "job-housing balance and complex functions", and providing supporting services for Nansha Semiconductor and Integrated Circuit Industry Cluster (Core Yueneng, Core Energy-gathering, etc.).
