Bidding scope: including but not limited to the design, procurement, construction, completion acceptance and handover for use of the project, as well as the repair and warranty work during the defect liability period of the project, and the clarification (Q & A) and modification (addendum) notification documents and technical disclosure issued by the tenderee during the bidding period of the project. The specific scope is as follows:
(1) The content and scope of design bidding: all design in the construction drawing design stage (including the preparation of BIM model, which meets the needs of guiding construction, later operation management, intelligent water and other applications), budget preparation, project construction site design services and later services, and cooperate with the tenderee to complete the relevant approval work; Complete the construction preparation stage, construction stage, completion stage, completion acceptance, delivery and use until the end of the defect liability period, and cooperate to complete the completion acceptance according to the approved construction drawings.
(2) Construction and installation works: including construction, procurement and installation of equipment and materials, commissioning (if any), until the overall handover, defect repair and warranty within the warranty period of the project.
