on the Proposed Cancellation
of the Project "Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Development and Construction Management of Distributed Photovoltaic Power Generation in Hebei Province (Trial)" (JFGNY [2025] No.3) stipulates that the investors of distributed photovoltaic power generation projects may apply to the grid enterprises for cancellation. Power grid enterprises shall go through the formalities of account cancellation in accordance with relevant regulations. If a distributed photovoltaic power generation project does not generate electricity for six consecutive months, and it is confirmed on the spot that it does not have the conditions to continue generating electricity or that there are hidden dangers in safe power generation, the power grid enterprise shall inform or announce to the investor for one month, and submit it it to the local energy authorities for cancellation. Those who rebuild or relocate the installation address at the cancelled address need to go through the formalities of filing and grid connection again.
