2. Promoting scientific research and innovation

(6) Strengthen the renewal of safety production equipment. Focus on key industries such as mining, hazardous chemicals, industry and trade, formulate a catalogue of backward technology and equipment elimination, continue to promote "mechanized replacement, automated reduction, intelligent unmanned", and increase the application of unmanned intelligent equipment. Organize and carry out large-scale equipment renewal in the field of safety production, strengthen the renewal and allocation of advanced safety emergency equipment in the industrial field, eliminate backward technology and equipment, and focus on improving the level of intrinsic safety.
(7) Strengthen the promotion of advanced technology and equipment. Publish the promotion catalogue of advanced and applicable technical equipment for emergency management, and guide and promote the large-scale practical application of advanced and applicable technical equipment. Local people's governments, scientific research institutes, enterprises and institutions are encouraged to cooperate with institutions of higher learning to build talent training bases and train professionals directionally. In view of the key areas of innovation and development of emergency management equipment, local governments are encouraged to introduce high-level talents at home and abroad through preferential policies, and to strengthen the construction of scientific research leaders. 5. Strengthen the support
