On January 23, the latest information disclosed by the Beijing Property Exchange showed that China Electric Power Construction Group's overseas investment and China Hydropower (Hong Kong) Holding Company, the two main bodies of China Electric Power Construction, planned to list and transfer 77% of the shares of Laos Cement Industry Co., Ltd. The 2500t/d clinker line put into operation in 2007 is designed to produce 850000 tons of clinker annually, with a total cement production capacity of 2 million tons.
