近日，中建西部建设所属吉木萨尔水泥厂通过对脱硝喷枪位置进行改造，实现了每小时节约氨水成本198.79元，年累计节省71.56万元的良好成效。
据了解，为解决脱硝系统氨水喷量大、熟料生产成本升高、预热器热工效率差的困境，中建西部建设所属吉木萨尔水泥成立技术攻关小组，对比全国同行业脱硝技术，研究脱硝反应原理，制定脱硝改造方案，通过在预热器分解炉安装喷枪，减少氨逃逸、提高氨水催化还原反应，达到了降本增效的目的，以实实在在的工作成果进一步提升了员工精细化管理的理念。
