Liu Jibin inspected the project construction site on the spot and inquired in detail about the overall situation of project promotion, equipment system commissioning and ignition commissioning. Zhang Haijun, general secretary of the Party branch and general manager of the company, made a detailed report on the progress of project construction, construction organization, quality and safety control, and preparation for ignition and commissioning.
Liu Jibin fully affirmed the phased achievements of the project construction. He pointed out that the Zhangye project has a long landing process and great difficulty, which embodies the unremitting efforts and efforts of all cadres and workers. The project is about to be ignited and put into operation, and the achievements are hard won and gratifying.
In view of the follow-up work of the project, Liu Jibin emphasized that Zhangye project, as a key project of central-local cooperation in the province, a demonstration project of intelligent upgrading and green low-carbon transformation of building materials industry, is of great significance for optimizing regional industrial layout, complementing the shortcomings of industrial development and promoting local economic and social development. Gansu Building Materials Association will continue to pay attention to the whole process of project construction and commissioning, and make every effort to do a good job in industry services, policy docking and resource coordination, so as to help the project complete and put into operation as soon as possible and bring benefits into play, so as to enable the green, low-carbon and high-quality development of the building materials industry in the province.
Combining with the actual situation of the current production, Wang Jianbo requests that the first is to compact the responsibilities of all parties, efficiently promote the completion of the project and the preparation for production, and steadily do a good job in linking up the production capacity of the new and old production lines, coordinating personnel and ensuring the supply chain. Second, we should plan market layout in advance, strengthen the coordination of production and marketing, stabilize the existing market share and ensure the market supply. Third, seize the opportunity to release new production capacity of new projects, study and judge the market situation in advance, accurately meet customer needs, and ensure the effective transformation of production capacity and steady improvement of efficiency after the new projects are put into operation.
It is reported that the capacity replacement project of Qilianshan Cement 4000t/d clinker cement production line in Zhangye is a "green, intelligent and high-end" cement manufacturing industry project invested by Qilianshan Cement, a subsidiary of China Building Materials Group. The total investment is about 1.35 billion yuan.
