Independent maintenance of Xiangshan Cement Zhongcheng Branch shows responsibility

Recently, the Zhongcheng Branch of Xiangshan Cement Company, focusing on the core needs of production, has deeply practiced the concept of reducing costs and increasing efficiency in the first-line rotary kiln overhaul work, strictly abided by the principle of "not outsourcing what we can do by ourselves, not purchasing spare parts that we can do by ourselves", tapped the internal potential, revitalized the technical resources, and promoted the development of the industry. Through the combination of self-maintenance and self-made spare parts, a number of key maintenance tasks have been successfully completed, and the total cost of outsourcing and spare parts procurement has been saved by about 174000 yuan, which has injected strong impetus into the high-quality development of enterprises with practical actions. During the

overhaul period, the branch plant accurately studied and judged the overhaul needs, carefully organized professional and technical backbone to form a key team, focusing on the core components of key equipment such as mills and powder concentrators to carry out independent research. With solid technical foundation and rich practical experience, the team members successfully completed the maintenance and replacement of one set of grinding disc liner and four grinding roller sleeves independently, which ensured the stable performance of the core operating components of the mill.

In view of the long procurement cycle and high cost of some spare parts, the team gave full play to the ability of independent innovation, independently designed, processed and manufactured 20 mill shell guard plates, 12 scraper plates and 1 set of lower cone of powder concentrator. In the production process, the team strictly controls the material selection, dimensional accuracy and assembly standards to ensure that the self-made spare parts fully meet the requirements of equipment operation, which not only effectively shortens the maintenance cycle, but also greatly reduces the procurement cost.
