26 January, Yingchen (Xiongan) Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as "Yingchen (Xiongan)"), Malaysian Local Housing Enterprise JMC Cahaya Sdn Bhd (hereinafter referred to as "JMC Cahaya" ") and Solar Energy Solution Provider EcoRise Solar Sdn Bhd (hereinafter referred to as" EcoRise "). A memorandum of cooperation was formally signed in Malaysia. The three parties will integrate their respective resource advantages, core technological capabilities and local operation experience, and jointly build Malaysia's first benchmark green zero-carbon community with Cumulus3 high-end residential project as the carrier, so as to set an industry model for local sustainable lifestyle and green energy application. According to the cooperation agreement, JMC Cahaya is fully responsible for the overall planning, engineering construction and market operation of Cumulus3 project to ensure the deep integration of green technologies with architectural design and community planning; Yingchen (Xiongan) and EcoRise jointly undertake the core equipment supply, customized design, installation and commissioning of solar photovoltaic systems and full-scene renewable energy solutions, providing core technical support for the landing of the zero-carbon target of the project. At the
signing ceremony, Yin Guibao explained the core technology path of the project in detail. The project will introduce the world's leading 13th generation building photovoltaic integration (BIPV) technology, tailor-made BIPV solutions for more than 200 villas, achieve the aesthetic unity of green power generation building materials and building appearance, and maximize the use of solar energy resources. In addition, multi-solar power generation and micro-grid systems such as floor tiles and portable umbrellas will be used in community public green space and pedestrian walkways. The project has become a complex zero-carbon living destination integrating green residence, low-carbon consumption and ecological leisure.
Yin Guibao said that the tripartite zero-carbon community project will not only fill the market gap in Malaysia's high-end zero-carbon residential sector, but also provide a new paradigm for the cross-border integration of green energy and real estate development, and export replicable and popularizable practical solutions for local zero-carbon community construction.
This cooperation is not only the first overseas show of Yingchen (Xiongan), but also the key layout of its globalization strategy.
