On September 14, the Shandong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology issued a notice on the publication of the list of green manufacturing units in Shandong Province in 2026.
In order to thoroughly implement the Interim Measures for Gradient Cultivation and Management of Green Manufacturing Units in Shandong Province and accelerate the green and low-carbon transformation of manufacturing industry, our office organized the declaration and evaluation of provincial green manufacturing units in 2026. 802 provincial-level green factories, 18 provincial-level green industrial parks and 94 provincial-level green supply chain management enterprises have been newly assessed through the procedures of voluntary declaration by units, review and recommendation by municipal bureaus of industry and information technology, expert review and demonstration, solicitation of opinions from relevant departments and public announcement (see Annex 1-3 for details). According to the requirements of dynamic management, four units have changed their names and five units have moved out of the list of provincial green manufacturing units (see Annex 4 for details). The list is now published, and the relevant matters are notified as follows:
First, pay attention to summarizing and promoting, and enlarge the benchmarking effect. Systematically combing the experience and practices of green manufacturing units in low-carbon energy, efficient resources, clean production, green products and intensive land use, expanding the impact of demonstration through typical case publication, special publicity reports, on-site observation and exchange, and guiding enterprises and parks in the region to be advanced in benchmarking and accelerating green transformation. Give full play to the leading role of green manufacturing benchmarking.
2. Strengthen guidance services and carry out gradient cultivation. To guide enterprises and parks to check and fill gaps according to the relevant evaluation standards of green manufacturing, make continuous improvements, and do practical and detailed cultivation work year by year; to strengthen department coordination and policy cohesion, and timely help coordinate and solve the difficulties encountered in the establishment.
3. Strict dynamic management to ensure the quality of cultivation. Implement the dynamic management mechanism of "in and out" for green manufacturing units, guide enterprises and parks to fill in dynamic management materials as required, strengthen the audit of key evaluation indicators, and conduct spot checks and reviews from time to time. In the case of delisting as stipulated in the Interim Measures for Gradient Cultivation and Management of Green Manufacturing Units in Shandong Province, the list shall be removed and announced in accordance with the procedures.
Among them, 13 cement enterprises were selected as the list of green factories in Shandong Province in 2026. Details are as follows:
