Zhejiang Jinyuan: Build a 4000 t/d cement clinker production line by combining two production lines into one

14 September, Jinhua Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment released the information announcement of ecological environmental impact assessment of Zhejiang Jinyuan Cement Co., Ltd. on the capacity replacement project of cement clinker production line with a daily output of 4000 tons and the technical renovation project of co-disposal of washed fly ash in cement kilns (two in one).

Construction Content: Zhejiang Jinyuan Cement Co., Ltd. originally has two cement lines, with a single production line capacity of 2000 tons of cement clinker per day. The total capacity of the two production lines is 4000 tons of cement clinker per day. The transformation plan of this project is to dismantle one production line, expand and upgrade one production line, and replace the production capacity of the production line. Main transformation contents: transformation of waste gas treatment system of raw material final grinding, transformation of preheater cyclone, capacity expansion of decomposition furnace, capacity expansion and transformation of cooler, transformation of high-efficiency energy-saving machine and energy-saving motor, intelligent safety supervision and other technical upgrading and transformation construction. After upgrading and transformation, it will reach a cement clinker production line with a daily output of 4000 tons and an annual output of 691700 tons of clinker. The scope of transformation includes the cement production line and supporting auxiliary facilities from limestone crushing to the delivery of finished cement products. At the same time, supporting 30000 tons/year water washing fly ash resource utilization project.
