On September 12, Ancai Gaoke announced that the company planned to sell float glass , pharmaceutical glass and other non-core main business assets to controlling shareholder Henan Investment Group or its designated third party.

The announcement shows that the company has recently signed the Intention Agreement on the Sale of Assets by Henan Ancai Hi-Tech Co., Ltd. to Henan Investment Group Co., Ltd. with Henan Investment Group Co., Ltd., which includes the equity and corresponding creditor's rights of six subsidiaries, the physical assets and related rights involved in the Borosilicate Pharmaceutical Glass Project.
Ancai Gaoke said that through the sale of other glass business assets, the transaction retained the core business of photovoltaic glass and pipeline natural gas business, thereby optimizing the business structure and alleviating operating pressure. According to
the company's official website, Ancai Gaoke , formerly known as Henan Anyang Color Picture Tube Glass Shell Co., Ltd., is a national "Seventh Five-Year Plan" key construction project, approved in 1984, and established Ancai Gaoke in 1998 with Anbo Company as the main body. It was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 1999.
The company focuses on R & D, innovation and manufacturing of high-end glass, covering photovoltaic glass, float glass, pharmaceutical glass and pipeline natural gas business, with five major production bases in Anyang and Jiaozuo. In terms of
performance, according to the semi-annual report of 2026, the company achieved revenue of 1.077 billion yuan during the reporting period, down 38.17% year-on-year; net profit loss of 328 million yuan , a loss of 215 million yuan over the same period.
For the performance statement, the company explained that the price and sales of photovoltaic glass decreased, resulting in lower revenue.
It is noteworthy that Ancai Gaoke has accumulated losses of 1.0819 billion yuan in 2024 and 2025, and in the first half of 2026, the accumulated losses of Ancai Gaoke have reached 1.4096 billion yuan .
