2025, China Energy-saving Solar Energy disclosed in its 2024 annual report that China Energy-saving Solar Energy Technology (Linyi) Co., Ltd. After the completion and implementation of the project, the intelligent production capacity of 3GW high-performance solar cells and 2GW high-performance solar modules will be realized in the long run. At that time, the first phase of 1.4G W TOPCon battery intelligent manufacturing project was being implemented.
It is reported that the energy-saving solar energy intelligent manufacturing project with an annual output of 3GW high-efficiency batteries is located in Pingyi County Economic Development Zone, Shandong Province, with a total investment of 1 billion yuan. A total of 141 sets of process equipment are purchased, and the production process is TOPCon battery production process. On May 13, 2025, the project ushered in the first core process equipment.

At the same time, CECEP also revealed that the company has started to build a pilot line of 100 MW perovskite silicon tandem batteries . It is expected to be fully completed and put into operation by the end of 2026.
