On May 21, the EPC general contracting project of the 400000 kilowatt photovoltaic project of Ruihe Carbon Energy was tendered publicly.
According to the announcement, the project is located in Kanxiang, Chabuchar Xibo Autonomous County, Yili, Xinjiang, covering an area of 19000 mu, and plans to build a new photovoltaic total installed capacity of 400000 kilowatts , supporting the construction of inverters , box transformers and other ancillary facilities. The project investment is 0.38 million yuan 130559.
This tender is divided into two bid sections , of which the first bid section is the EPC general contracting project of the 400MW photovoltaic project of the integration of Kecha Bingdi and Rui Carbon Energy; the second bid section is the supervision of the EPC general contracting project of the 400MW photovoltaic project of the integration of Kecha Bingdi and Rui Carbon Energy.
The bidding scope is the civil construction (including infrastructure construction), supporting construction of inverters, box transformers and other ancillary facilities for the 400000 kilowatt photovoltaic project in the first bid section . Construction drawing design, construction, equipment procurement, installation and commissioning, completion acceptance and overall handover, defect repair during the quality defect liability period, post-maintenance management and other related work of the project, and be fully responsible for the quality, safety and construction period of the project.
The second bid section is the supervision of the EPC general contracting project of the 400MW photovoltaic project of the integration of military and land with Rui Carbon Energy. The supervision service of the whole construction process of this project and the related services during the quality warranty period. In terms of
performance, This tender requires bidders to have at least one EPC general contracting or construction general contracting or professional subcontracting performance of photovoltaic power generation, wind power generation and energy storage projects with a single contract capacity of not less than 200000 kilowatts since January 1, 2021. The planned duration of the
project is 365 calendar days . The first bid section of this
project accepts consortium bidding, and the second bid section does not accept consortium bidding. The
bidding documents will be obtained from 9:00 on May 22 , 2026 to 17:00 on May 26, 2026. The bid
closing/opening time is 11:00 on June 11, 2026.
