Ningxia Saiyuan Yaochu 200MMW/800MMh Independent Energy Storage Project is located in Yinchuan City, Ningxia, and the tenderer is Guangxi Naoxing New Energy Co., Ltd. The bidders of the
two projects are the holding companies of Hunan Rongli New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. According to the data, Rongli New Energy, founded on July 28, 2020 and headquartered in Ningxiang City, Changsha City, Hunan Province, is an enterprise specializing in research, development, production and sales of lithium-ion battery anode materials.
