Huainan Pearl Cement Fined 10,000 yuan for Overloading Goods at Source

On January 9, Huainan Transportation Bureau issued a decision on administrative penalty (1000001 No.2026), imposing a fine of 10000 yuan on Huainan Pearl Cement Co., Ltd. for its illegal act of overloading and overloading goods at the source of freight transport.

Penalty basis: Paragraph 1 of Article 26 of the Regulations of Anhui Province on the Control of Overloading and Overloading of Freight Transport Vehicles: Where a unit at the source of freight transport violates the provisions of Items 1 and 2 of Article 8 of these Regulations, the road transport administrative agency shall order it to make corrections and impose a fine of not less than 10,000 yuan but not more than 30,000 yuan; If the loading of a freight station causes the freight vehicle to exceed the limit or overload, and the circumstances are serious, the licensing authority shall revoke its road transport operation license.
