In order to implement the spirit of the meeting between the chairmen of Yatai Group and China Building Materials Group on December 16, 2025, on the afternoon of January 21, 2026, Chen Bo, Chairman and President of Yatai Building Materials Group and Director of National Enterprise Technology Center, received Sun Jian, Vice General Manager of Tianjin Cement Design Institute under China Building Materials. The two sides held discussions and exchanges on the feasibility study of Shuangyang 9000-ton line, Tajik cooperative line construction, ultra-low emission transformation, energy-saving and carbon-reducing transformation, production line utilization of old calcined lime, Acheng mine safety design, calcined clay technology, spare parts international trade and other cooperation.
In view of the related work of the 9000-ton production line of Shuangyang Company, the two sides exchanged views on the preparation of the feasibility study plan and the progress of the project establishment. Chairman Chen Bo emphasized that in order to accurately define the working time nodes and investment scale, the relevant industrial departments should fully cooperate with Tianjin Cement Design Institute to promote the feasibility study; at the same time, they should thoroughly study the old production line transformation plan, fully activate the existing resources of the enterprise, and rely on the location advantages to do a good job in market research and benefit calculation, so as to help the enterprise maximize its benefits.
The two sides exchanged views on the joint investigation of the building materials market in Tajikistan, and exchanged views on the cooperation project plan between Yatai Building Materials Group and Tajikistan-Rosen Holding Group. Tianjin Cement Design Institute recognized the prospect of the cooperation project and put forward constructive suggestions for the next step of cooperation. Chairman Chen Bo said that Tianjin Cement Design Institute has rich advanced experience in overseas production, and the successful promotion of cooperation projects can not be separated from the concerted efforts of many parties. He hoped that the two sides would further clarify the direction of cooperation, optimize the mode of cooperation, broaden the path of cooperation, and achieve deep binding and win-win development in the future.
In addition, the two sides will further study the follow-up work on the ultra-low emission transformation of the clinker line, the transformation of the old production line to burn lime and clay, the safety design of Acheng Mine, the international trade cooperation of spare parts, and the production, operation and maintenance contracting of foreign projects.
