On January 23, Zhongneng Shengshi Maigaiti County's 1 million kilowatt photovoltaic sand control power generation project (EPC tender section, supervision tender section) was tendered by Zhongneng Shengshi (Maigaiti) Energy Development Co., Ltd. The source of funds is self-financing of 3 billion yuan .
The announcement shows that Zhongneng Shengshi Maigaiti County's 1 million kilowatt photovoltaic sand control power generation project is divided into six bidding sections , of which the first, second, third, fourth and fifth bidding sections are EPC bidding sections . The sixth bid section is the supervision section . In terms of
performance, This tender requires the bidder to undertake at least one similar project (centralized photovoltaic engineering construction project with a scale of 100MW or above ) since January 1, 2023 (subject to the date of contract signing). The planned duration of the
project is 365 calendar days . Bid section 1 to 5 of
this project accept consortium bidding , but the number of consortium members shall not exceed 3; bid section 6 does not accept consortium bidding . The time for obtaining the
bidding documents is from 9:00 on January 24, 2026 to 17:00 on January 30, 2026. The bid
closing/opening time is 9:00 on February 13, 2026.
