merger and acquisition transaction, Zhejiang Sott sued Zhejiang Guangda Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as "Zhejiang Guangda") in Zhejiang Higher People's Court for infringement of invention patents and claimed 200 million yuan.
