both cases, Dike shares claimed 200 million yuan, totaling 400 million yuan. At present, the above cases have not yet been heard.

It is reported that the two patents involved are Zhejiang Sott Material Technology Co., Ltd. Acquired from the $190 million acquisition of DuPont's Solamet business. In this transaction, Zhejiang Suote has obtained hundreds of key patents from DuPont. On May 23,
2025, Dike announced that it intends to acquire 60% of Zhejiang Sott with RMB 696 million in cash . After the completion of the transaction, the company will control the Solamet photovoltaic silver paste business of the former DuPont Group through Zhejiang Suote. As a result, Dike shares have also obtained 100 patented technologies from DuPont Group. On September 9,
2025, Dike announced that Zhejiang Sott had completed the relevant registration procedures for industrial and commercial changes and formally became a holding subsidiary of the company. This means that the above M & a transaction is announced to be completed. Two months after the completion of the
merger and acquisition transaction, Zhejiang Sott sued Zhejiang Guangda Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as "Zhejiang Guangda") in Zhejiang Higher People's Court for infringement of invention patents and claimed 200 million yuan. The patent involved in this case is ZL 201180032701.8 number.
It is noteworthy that when Zhejiang Suote sued Zhejiang Guangda, Fuda Alloy planned to buy 52.61% of Zhejiang Guangda for 352 million yuan. Eventually, the acquisition of Zhejiang Guangda shares by Fuda Alloy fell through.
