On January 25, the EPC general contracting project of Aba Rong'an 1150MW photovoltaic project (Phase II) of Guoneng Dadu River Company was tendered publicly. The project unit is Guoneng Dadu River Basin Hydropower Development Co., Ltd .
It is reported that the project is located in Aba County, Aba Prefecture, Sichuan Province, and the site mainly involves Rong'an Township. The total AC side capacity of the project is 1150MW , the DC side capacity is about 1357.1458 MWp, the comprehensive capacity ratio is 1.18, and two new 220kV booster stations are built. The bidding for the
project is divided into two phases, of which the bidding capacity of the first phase is about 434.61 MW, and the successful candidate of the bid section was announced on January 22. This tender is the EPC general contracting tender for Phase II of the project, involving installed capacity of 715.39 MW (AC side). The bidding scope of
the project includes but not limited to all work contents such as engineering survey and design, equipment and material procurement, on-site roads and water, electricity, communication engineering construction, permit formalities, construction and installation engineering, equipment and facilities inspection and test, project start-up commissioning and trial operation, etc.
This tender is divided into three packages .
The 19 # plot in the north area of the first package has an AC side capacity of 151.14 MW, excluding the booster station; the south of the 16 # plot in the south area of the second package has an AC side capacity of 263.95 MW, excluding the booster station; the 7 # plot in the south area of the third package has an AC side capacity of 300.3 MW, including a new 220 KV booster station. According to
the construction period requirements, the total construction period of each bid package of the project is 9 months , which is planned to be from March 1, 2026 to November 30, 2026.
Specifically, each package of photovoltaic equipment will complete full-capacity grid-connected power generation by November 30, 2026; All defects of each bid package shall be eliminated within 2 months from the date of grid connection, the safety, occupational health and water conservation acceptance shall be completed within 3 months, the environmental protection, file acceptance, project settlement audit and commercial operation shall be completed within 6 months, and the completion acceptance shall be completed within 12 months; the preliminary acceptance of standard production shall be completed within 3 months after the trial operation is passed, and the re-acceptance shall be completed within 6 months after the preliminary acceptance of standard production.
It should be noted that the project is divided into three packages, and bidders can participate in the bidding of three packages at the same time, but only one package is allowed to win the bid.
Performance requirements, this tender requires bidders from January 2021 to the end of the tender. There must be at least two contract performances of 150MW and above photovoltaic EPC general contracting (the third bid package must include the contents of photovoltaic field area and photovoltaic project booster station, and the first and second bid packages must include the contents of photovoltaic field area), and all of them have been completed and put into operation. If the three bidders of the bid package respectively provide the EPC contract for the photovoltaic field area and the EPC contract for the booster station of the photovoltaic project, the two performances together shall be regarded as one qualified performance. Consortium bidding is not accepted for
