Inner Mongolia, recently announced that China Railway Seventh Bureau Group Co., Ltd. ranked first with a quotation of about 2.384 billion yuan, pressuring China Railway Shanghai Engineering Bureau (about 2.381 billion yuan) and China Railway Tenth Bureau Qingdao Company (about 2.376 billion yuan). The difference between the three quotations is very small. The project is a rare super-large crystalline graphite mine development project in China in recent years, with ore resources exceeding 310 million tons and an average grade of about 5.45%, which is of great significance to ensure the supply chain security of strategic emerging industries such as new energy automotive power batteries.
[Project Name] Inner Mongolia Jincai Mining Co., Ltd. Wulate Middle Banner Gaoletu Mining Area Crystalline Graphite Mine Construction Project
[First Bid Winning Party and Quotation] China Railway Seventh Bureau Group Co., Ltd.: 2,383,946, 177.00 yuan (2,383,946,200 yuan/about 2.384 billion yuan)
[Basic Information of the Project] The Project is located in Gaoletu Mining Area, Wulate Middle Banner, Bayannur City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The proven resources of crystalline graphite ore in the mining area exceed 310 million tons. The ore body is about 2,100 meters long and the maximum control depth is about 703 meters. The ore type is crystalline graphite two-mica schist, with an average grade of about 5.45% (a relatively high level). The construction contents include: mining engineering, mineral processing engineering, waste rock yard and supporting infrastructure (roads, power supply, water supply, office and living area, etc.) in the first mining area, covering the complete production chain from mining to mineral processing. Crystalline graphite is the core raw material of anode materials for lithium batteries, which will provide raw material guarantee for downstream anode materials, high-end seals and other industries after the completion of the project.
