[Basic information of the project] The project is located in Shengjing Plot on the west side of Xiuyuan River, Zhangqiu District, Jinan City, Shandong Province (west of Provincial Highway S241, north of Jingshi East Road and south of Century Avenue). The total gross floor area is 461,247.18 square meters, of which Group A3 is about 174,521.83 square meters and Group B1 is about 286,724.35 square meters. The planned construction period is 730 calendar days. EPC general contracting mode is adopted, covering the whole process of design, procurement, construction, commissioning, acceptance, warranty and formalities. It also includes the supporting road works on the west side (roads, comprehensive pipe galleries, bridges and related supporting works). The campus is a new "double first-class initiative" campus (Longshan Campus Innovation Port) built by Shandong University, and the landing of dormitories and supporting facilities marks that the construction of the campus has entered a substantial acceleration stage.
