The project is located in the core area of Nansha, with a total construction area of about 285,000 square meters, and will create a scattered urban skyline including 150 meters of landmark super high-rise buildings, which is a key public construction project in the construction of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Comprehensive Cooperation Demonstration Zone. The consortium has a strong line-ups, which integrates the main construction force of central enterprises, local survey and top design.

[Basic information of the project] The project is located in the core area of Nansha District, Guangzhou. The second phase of the project consists of four plots: ① the north plot of NJY-6 is 150 meters high; ② The south plot of NJY-5 is 120m and 24m high respectively; ③ The north plot of NJY-5 is 120m high. The total construction area is about 285,000 square meters, the total construction area is about 180,000 square meters, and the total investment is about 2.086 billion yuan (of which the project cost is about 2.055 billion yuan). The general contracting (EPC) mode of survey, design and construction is adopted, covering the whole process of geological survey, scheme design and construction landing of the main works and supporting works of the four plots.
