The total length is about 19.5 kilometers, using the standard construction of two-way four-lane expressway, and a Yellow River Bridge must be set up in the section. The total investment is nearly 7.5 billion yuan (the average cost per kilometer is about 385 million yuan). The project adopts the investor bidding mode, and the winning consortium is responsible for the early investment, financing, construction and subsequent operation. After completion, it will become the main artery of Jinan to the west, connecting Hebei and strengthening the links between the provincial capital economic circle and the western Shandong and southern Hebei regions.
