Please further organize and deepen the implementation of the Law on the Promotion of Private Economy according to local conditions on the basis of previous work. Please give timely feedback to our committee (Private Economic Development Bureau).
The Action Plan of "Rule of Law Escorting Private Economy" mentions that we should carry out a solid clean-up of market access barriers and a systematic rectification of outstanding problems in the field of tendering and bidding to ensure the fair participation of private economic organizations in market competition. We will comprehensively implement the administrative inspection of enterprises involved in "sweeping the code into enterprises", continue to carry out special actions to standardize law enforcement of enterprises involved in enterprises, law enforcement in different places in violation of regulations and judicial supervision of profit-seeking law enforcement, and standardize law enforcement activities involving enterprises. Deeply carry out the special action of "clear and optimize the business network environment" and the special action of clearing up the arrears of enterprises to protect the legitimate rights and interests of private economic organizations.
In addition, we should excavate the exemplary practices of private enterprises in promoting entrepreneurship, sticking to industry, strengthening the main business, standardizing operation, establishing and improving modern enterprise system, leading enterprise development by Party building, and building incorruptness and compliance.
