Digital New Energy DataBM. Com was informed that on May 19, the tender announcement for the general contracting project of the new A-section of the offshore photovoltaic pilot project in Changli , Hebei, was issued. The tenderer is Huadian Qinhuangdao New Energy Co., Ltd .
The announcement shows that the project is located in Changli County, Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province, with a planned AC side capacity of about 460.8MM W . The scope of
work covers the construction areas ① and ③ of the offshore photovoltaic area (the designed installed capacity of DC side of 1 # area and 3 # area is 342.98 MW, and the capacity of DC side of the completed construction part is 63.89 MWp. The scope of this tender is the photovoltaic power generation unit, confluence and substation equipment within the DC side installed capacity of 279.09 MW in the unconstructed part of the above area. Construction and installation works of control and protection equipment, cable trestle, etc.; laying works of power collection lines from the construction area of this bid section to the submarine cable conversion point. The performance period of the
bidding project is 16 months , and the tentative construction period is from July 1, 2026 to October 31 , 2027. Consortium bidding is not accepted
in this tender . The bidding documents will be
obtained from 17:26 on May 19 , 2026 to 18:00 on May 25, 2026. Bid
closing/opening time is 9:00 , June 9, 2026.
