This procurement is applicable to the cement involved in the construction projects in Shenzhen of enterprises at all levels of the Special Zone Construction Engineering Group, and the successful bidder will sign an annual procurement framework agreement. The project registration will be closed on May 24 and the bid will be officially opened on June 8.
