punishment is the relevant provisions of Article 97 of the Production Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, which clearly States that if a production and business operation entity fails to regularly organize emergency rescue drills for production safety accidents, it shall be ordered to make corrections within a time limit and shall be fined not more than 100,000 yuan.
